I really need to sort out my category list on this, it is ugly with dumb category names. Letitia has worse ones though [hahahah] like, one called ‘George Clooney’ …

On Friday we went to the mountains, way, way up. Michael and Riki have four wheel drives so it was ok, and then we found a spot and didn’t do much but we laughed heaps and we had sausages for tea on the cooker thing Michael bought. He, of course, got to eat two three course meals. It started raining, then it stopped, started, stopped. We eventually just went to bed and none of us actually slept much. I tried, I think for heaps of the night I was just closing my eyes trying to sleep but not actually, maybe here and there getting a few hours of sleep. This stupid loud bird was squawking really loud some time in the morning. Riki was cooking his sausage on the fire and thinking that would cook it, me and Letitia said it wouldn’t and he was like, nah bet you $50 it will. It was so funny because Michael put a knife in it to test it and it was raw and uncooked in the middle.

Letitia and Jolene got iPod’s for Christmas, Jolene’s was from Riki. Michael got Letitia a hair straightener but she got one from her parents too. And Jolene got Riki lots of stuff.

Some celebrity called their kid Sevren, mum wondered if it was a name off Harry Potter. No, only Severus is. I read this funny fan fic about Titanic Harry Potter and it was Snape/Lily, so Snape was Jack and Lily was Rose. Dumbledore was the captain, James was Cal, and Sirius was this undertaker Lovejoy. It’s funny, we watched Titanic the other day and then when we turn it off an add comes on saying Titanic’s going to be on TV. DVDS I own always get on TV but they haven’t had Titanic on TV in years and the day we watch it, TV3 or 3 or whoever, decides they will put it on too. It’s like this weird synchronicity thing, which for some things, is completely insignificant. Like mum and me were talking about when people have to cut their arm or leg off to get out of somewhere because people have done it before, and I wouldn’t.. I don’t think. Then a guy who cut his arm off was on TV. It happens all the time, so it’s best to try and not think about someone if you don’t want a call from them because when you think about someone they ring.

We took Katie for a walk yesterday at the dog park. I think she gets bad tempered when she doesn’t go, they have Sandy a walk one day without Katie and Katie was shitty. Yesterday she went up to play with this big dog and they never hurt her, she’s not scared of them. If I was a small dog like her, I might be weary of going up to huge dogs. The owners of the big dog were laughing at Katie and saying how fast she is, when she ran towards us she was grinning, like she knows she’s fast and cool. Dad said one day when they were there she slid on the ground and put her arm around her head while her body was outstretched, like she was posing.
